The VS 250 power skiving machine is designed for soft and hard machining of external and internal gears. The max. nominal gear diameter is 250 mm, max total part diameter is 350 mm. The max. module is 6 mm. The VS 250 provides sufficient tool and workpiece table speed and power for the use of carbide tools for the finish machining of hardened gears.

The CS 260 power skiving machine is designed for soft machining of external and internal gears. The max. nominal gear diameter of internal gears is 350 mm, external gears max. 240 mm. The max. module is 5 mm.

Maximum flexibility

The VS 250 is equipped with a 6-position tool changer and can have a workpiece tooth alignment sensor.

Automation

Both machines can be specified for manual loading or with automation by an integrated loading system or robot.
