WEICON HB 300 is pasty, steel-filled and high-temperature-resistant up to +200 °C (392 °F) (up to 280 °C/536 °F for a short period of time). It is processed with a mixing ratio of 1:1. The epoxy resin system is also suitable for applications on vertical surfaces and can be used for the repair and bonding of cast and metal parts, for filling in blow holes, for repairing damage on containers, carriages and machine parts and for sealing pumps and pipes. The product can be used in mechanical and plant engineering, in equipment engineering, and in many other areas of industry.

It is particularly suitable for the fast and high-strength repair and bonding of metal parts and for patching and sealing cracks, holes and leaks in machine parts, tanks and pipelines, containers, pumps and housings, balcony railings, banisters, and torn-out threads. The WEICON Wire Stripper No. 5 is suitable for stripping all stranded and solid conductors from 0.2 – 6.0 mm². The wire stripper also has a visual length scale from 5 - 12mm. The length stop can be removed, if required. A well-accessible side cutter is integrated in the tool, which is suitable for cable diameters up to 2 mm. The blades are replaceable. WEICON Zinc Spray is approved by the German TÜV and provides all metal surfaces with a long-lasting cathodic corrosion protection. It forms a fast-drying, adherent protective layer of microfine zinc flakes. Even after more than 1050 hours in the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts coated with WEICON Zinc Spray did not show any signs of corrosion. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer even against extreme weather and environmental conditions. That way, WEICON Zinc Spray fulfils higher requirements than those defined by the DIN EN ISO 1461 standard. WEICON Zinc Spray can be used as a high-grade anti-rust primer, for the coating of welded joints and drill holes, as a conductive intermediate layer for spot welding and wherever metal must be protected against corrosion.

WEICON W 44 T® is a multifunctional product which combines corrosion protection, water repellency, lubrication, conservation and cleaning in a single product due to its special formula and outstanding capillary action. It loosens seized up screw connections, bolts, fittings and valves, and penetrates and dissolves rust. It repels humidity from electrical contacts, prevents leakage currents, and makes it easier to start wet motors. W 44 T® is also suitable for use as cutting oil for drilling and cutting processes. The oil eliminates squeaky and creaky noises on hinges, guides, bearings, and all types of joints and couplings. WEICON W 44 T® cleans soiled metal surfaces and leaves a long-lasting razorthin film, which does not smear or stick and does not attract dust. It protects and maintains all types of tools, machines, and electrical and mechanical precision devices.
