Minimal investment by simply clamping the cutting tool directly in the QuickFlex® toolholder using a standard ER collet and maximal expandability by adding the quick change function for reducing tool change time using QuickFlex® adapters.
Broaching Unit for CNC Turning Centers
The state of the art Driven Broaching Unit from WTO for economic manufacturing of oriented keyways and splines with CNC Turning Centers. Use the WTO Driven Broaching Unit for ID and OD broaching simply by rotating the insert holder 180 degrees: Up to 1,000 strokes per minutes, 32 mm and 52 mm working stroke, 10 mm max. groove width at a max. feed per stroke of 0.15 mm.
Power Skiving Unit for CNC Turning Centers
High productive gear machining with CNC Turning Centers by using the innovative Power Skiving Unit from WTO enables a highly productive complete machining of turning parts with ID and OD gears or splines.
The high stiffness and runout accuracy of the WTO Power Skiving Unit guarantees a high surface quality. The hydraulic chuck tool clamping system enables a quick and accurate cutting tool change.

Gear Hobbing Unit
High productive manufacturing of gears with CNC Turning Centers according quality standard 8 ISO 1328.
The WTO Gear Hobbing unit offers high stiffness and runout accuracy. High flexibility due to interchangeable milling arbors for different cutting tools.
CoolSpeed® MAX
Revolutionary patented spindle technology for rotation speed up to 60,000 rpm. Efficient and process-safe with wireless spindle speed monitoring. CoolSpeed® MAX is a universally applicable ultra-high-speed spindle, driven by two turbines of different sizes and an adjustable number of jets. With the small turbine, maximum speeds of up to 60,000 rpm can be achieved; with the large turbine, CoolSpeed® MAX provides higher torque in the lower speed range. Due to the adjustable number of jets, it is possible to adjust the coolant flow (volume flow) and as a result the maximum performance to the application. CoolSpeed® MAX can therefore be used in a very energy-efficient way and can also be operated with coolant pumps as low as 12 l/min (3.2 gal/min).
