The measuring station, a core product developed in-house by Wenzel, efficiently automates the inspection of most small workpieces through its systematic integration with a collaborative robot, a high-precision scanner, anda rotary table. The mobile inspection vehicle offers high mobility and can be rapidly deployed to designated workstations based on production needs. Its interior employs a modular design that securely houses the robot controller, industrial computer, auto-calibration unit, and rotary table system, achieving true integrated and coordinated operation.

LScan Trek is a 3D tracking scanner that combines the benefit of portable tracking scanning and large-volume hand-held scanning. With three working modes in one device, it suits work pieces of various sizes. Without the needs for markers, it allows instant scanning, ensuring high efficiency for on‑site application. As a new-generation of Wenzel metrological optical tracking scanner, it features 108 laser lines that provide wider scanning coverage, point clouds of higher density, and quicker measurements. Even micron-scale details on complex surfaces and in deep holes can be captured with high resolution.
