With the TAKE FOUR microswitch, we have succeeded in making production even more efficient and quality-assured. The microswitch consists of just two components and is smaller than the head of a match. The development of the TAKE FOUR micro probe focused on two objectives:

Our ProX module is an extremely stable and vibration-resistant system carrier, available in two sizes. Designed as the optimal base, made from a composite of steel and polymer concrete, for the assembly of our AX100, AX20, and SEM components, as well as optionally featuring a roller or gripper feed from the EX series.The ProX100s offers the possibility to connect up to 2 AX100 units in series. The individual AX100 units can also be operated with phase-offset. Additional systems (AX20 or SEM) for vertical and/or lateral movements can be integrated with the AX100.The ProX100l offers the possibility to connect up to 4 AX100 units in series. The individual AX100 units can also be operated with phase-offset. Additional systems (AX20 or SEM) for vertical and/or lateral movements can be integrated with the AX100. Both versions can be expanded with additional ProX100 units. With an additional feeder, this creates either a punch press (one axis) or a linear machining center (multiple axes). With a special parts transfer, already separated parts can also be sequenced by the machine.The ProX 100 is currently our most sought-after machine.

An important component of any automated parts manufacturing is the appropriate material feed.
