About us
Vericut, headquarted in Irvine, California, is a leader in NC/CNC simulation, verification, optimization, and analysis software for the manufacturing sector. Established in 1988, Vericut has set the standard for simulating CNC machining, helping users detect errors, prevent collisions, and identify inefficiencies. By eliminating the need for manual NC program verification, Vericut significantly reduces scrap and rework while optimizing programs for better time efficiency and improved surface quality.
Vericut supports a wide range of CNC machine tools and can operate as a standalone solution or be integrated with leading CAM systems. With a global support network across 12 locations, Vericut is committed to providing comprehensive assistance to its users worldwide.

Products & Services
Vericut’s powerful CNC verification, simulation and analysis software creates an identical digital twin of your machine, allowing you to take your manufacturing efforts to the next level.
Vericut solutions ranging from Verification to CNC Machine Simulation to NC Program Optimization followed by Post-processing.
Vericut Verification removes the risk by reading, verifying and simulating the same post-processed G-code that runs on your machine. It also informs you of any potential collisions or errors before you send the real part for machining.
Our optimization solutions analyze and optimize tool paths and machining conditions to slash machining times. Our optimization products create the most efficient NC program for any material, cutting tool and machining conditions - helping manufacturers machine faster.
Users can expect their machine cycle times to be slashed by up to 25% and tool life to be preserved by up to two times.
Unleashing stronger efficiency across your shop floor can be the difference between a future-proofed machining operation, and one at risk of being left behind. With Icam CNC post-processors, you can have the former, not the latter.
Post-processors maximize the efficiency and accuracy of your process by seamlessly integrating with your existing CAD systems and CNC machines - meaning less hassle, and more productivity.
Icam Post-Processor
Icam Post post-processors allow the NC programmer to optimize the job without intervention by showing them the entirety of the job as it happens. It uses upcoming events so programmers can make data-driven decisions about current ones.
Icam Post uses over 40 different types of look-ahead optimizations, ranging from simple tool and cutting head selection, to complex actions like eliminating tool dwelling, and switching between parallel axes.
Optimizer (VO)
Vericut Optimizer (VO) is an entirely standalone tool path optimization solution that doesn’t need Vericut verification to run.
Vericut Optimizer (VO) has a robust bank of features, including the ability to deliver Tool Performance Data for every cutting tool and spindle, making it the perfect addition to your 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining applications.
Vericut CNC Machine Connect and Monitoring
Vericut’s CNC Machine Connect and CNC Machine Monitoring modules harness that knowledge to help manufacturers maximize their machining performance and productivity.
With Vericut CNC Machine Connect, users can connect with and utilize their machine’s data, while with CNC Machine Monitoring software, they can track and live stream the data as it unfolds. When partnered together, they produce the most robust and hyper-accurate digital twins, well, ever.
Powerful CNC Precheck capabilities
With the Vericut CNC Machine Connect module, manufacturers can make sure all the machine setup (such as fixtures, stock, offsets, and NC programs) matches what was simulated in Vericut. And if they don’t, they’ll be quickly alerted.
CNC Machine Monitoring see all your shop floor activity
Ever needed to observe all your machines’ behaviors and functionalities when you’re away from the shop floor? Well, now you can. CNC Machine Monitoring enhances visibility, and gives users the confidence to make the most informed machining decisions every time.
Easily access archived machining data with Postcheck
With the Vericut CNC Machine Connect and Monitoring modules, manufacturers can leverage Postcheck's power to quickly access past machining data. Postcheck retrieves, and reviews, archived data from your machine in Vericut, and uses it to help you unearth any discrepancies that may have occurred during the machining process
