About us
The Profiroll business concept is strongly oriented on customers sophisticated technical requests for profiling rotationally symmetric parts using the most modern cold forming technology, leading finally in a development of an efficient manufacturing with profile rolling. The customer will be served with machines, handling and conveying systems, rolling dies as well as reliable processes from one source. Additionally Profiroll carries out development until SOP-phase of a prospective serial production. Profiroll is having a very successful history of innovations based on our experienced and competent engineers.

In line with the slogan: "Machine, die, process from one source", Profiroll develops and manufactures complete solutions for profiling rotationally symmetrical workpieces.
Profiroll has a wide range of over 50 different rolling machines types. These rolling machines are suitable for spline rolling technology, ring rolling technology or threads and profile rolling technology with high quality requirements. The rolling machines and their production process can be adapted to customer requirements or automated if necessary. All Profiroll rolling machines are high accurate, durable and easy to operate.
Profiroll forming dies embody the highest accuracy requirements and excellent quality standards for a wide range of applications.
The special Profiroll die finishes and the Profiroll tool management system create additional benefits to our customers.
