Products & Services
DIEBOLD "Passion for Perfection" has more than 70 years experience in high end tool holders, shrinking technology, measuring equipment, balancing and high frequency spindles. New, niversal shrinking machines US 1100 with pyrometer Technology. Horizontal and vertical version incl. tube chiller available. The pyrometer is measuring continues the temperature of the tool
holder. Online control of the generator power. Energy stops when the ideal temperature is reached.
Overheating of the tool holder is NOT POSSIBLE.
Longer lifetime of the holder due to less stress for the material. Ease to use for everybody and no operating errors! New: UltraJet® 3.0 power chucks with new UltraJet technology. Unique patented cooling system.
UltraJetTM 3.0 Power Chucks is designed for HPC milling with large cutting depths combined with high feed rates and extreme cutting forces. New: Diebold Modular System DMS: Modular tool system DMS with special damping properties.
Spindles: high frequency spindles
Shrink Unit US 1100 TubeChiller vertical version
Horizontal and vertical version incl. tube chiller available.
The TempControl coil is measuring continues the temperature of the tool holder. No settings required (ONETOUCH). Online control of the generator power. Energy stops when the ideal temperature is reached. Overheating of the tool holder is NOT POSSIBLE. Longer lifetime of the holder. Ease to use for everybody and no operating errors!
UltraJet® 3.0 power chucks
Chucks is designed for HPC milling with large cutting
depths combined with high feed rates and extreme
cutting forces.
Mechanical Pull Force Gauges
determine the amount of pull force being exerted on a
tool holder in a spindle. Fatigued or damaged spring
packs, demaged or corroded internal components, or
improper spindle cam angle, machining can result in
potentially dangerously low pullforce levels! Our
mechanical pull force gauge is accurate, robust and
cost-effective.
